At V. Chapman, we want you to feel beautiful in your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, tagged items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and custom orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the provided packing slip.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of starting your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our atelier inspects the returned garment, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus a standard restocking fee.
